Describe another city you would like to stay in for a short time.

- where it is
- who you will stay there with
- what you will do in the city
- and explain why you would stay there for a short time
I think I’d choose Tokyo. I went to that city around 3 years ago, and I definitely want to go back there one day.
Tokyo is the capital city of Japan, and of course it’s super busy like all the other capital cities in the world. However, most of that busy life happens underground during daytime because metro train is the most popular means of transport there. If you travel on the road, you’ll see that the city is not so crowded, but if you go to subway stations, you’ll see it’s chaotic down there.
One great thing about Tokyo is how the city is planned – I really felt like all the buildings and all the small details had been organised with strict discipline. But somehow the city itself still looks like a piece of art, at least to me. I really admire the architecture there – they could create buildings to withstand strong earthquakes and utilise every single square metre inside.
Most of the stuff there are quite expensive, but I think they’re worth it. For example, I went to a ramen restaurant, and it was easily one of the best dishes I’ve ever tried in my life.
However, I only want to stay there for a couple of days. I don’t want to live and work there because I heard that the working culture in Japan isn’t very healthy. There are a lot of unspoken rules that you have to follow, such as being at work 1 hour before start time. In short, it’s a nice place to visit, but I’m not sure if it’s a nice place to live in.
