Well, the important decision I made was to buy a brand new MacBook instead of going for a used one that was cheaper. I made this decision a few months ago. At that time, I was in need of a new laptop for my work and personal stuff.
It was a tough call, but in the end, I decided to go for the brand new one, even though it meant I had to borrow some money from my parents. Yeah, I know, it’s not ideal to owe them, but the result turned out pretty sweet.
First off, buying the brand new MacBook brought me some serious peace of mind. You see, if I had gone for the used one, I would’ve been constantly worried about its condition and any hidden problems. That kind of anxiety can drive you mad! So, splurging on the new one meant I could relax and trust that it was in pristine condition, with all the latest features.
And the cherry on top was the warranty and customer support that came with buying new. If anything were to go wrong, I had Apple’s back to fix it up.
So, yeah, borrowing money from my parents was a bit of a hassle, but in the grand scheme of things, it was totally worth it. The new MacBook has been a game-changer for me, and the relief from constant anxiety alone is priceless.
