IELTS Speaking Part 2 là một phần thi “khó nhằn” đối với nhiều thí sinh vì phần thi này đòi hỏi khả năng tự tin trong việc trình bày ý kiến một cách liền mạch và tự nhiên trong thời gian ngắn. You should say:

• What team he/she joined

• What work he/she did

• What his/her role was

• And explain what makes him/her a good member of that team

Sample:

When I see this topic, the first person that pops up in my mind is my colleague – Tam – who I believe is a master of teamwork. I first met him when I joined the current company 7 years ago, and we’ve been a great team ever since.

This guy looks pretty normal on the outside. He has an average height and often appears in normal office clothes. However, what’s great about him isn’t his appearance, but his abilities. He’s one of the best employees in my company, and people often praise him for his teamwork skills. Whenever there’s a new project in the company, he’s always the one who connects and motivates all the team members. He’s also great at solving internal conflicts. For example, there was a time when my two other colleagues had a big fight and refused to cooperate because of their conflicting values, it was Tam who became the intermediary and solved the problem. He knows how to maintain a positive atmosphere in the workplace, so everyone feels really comfortable with him around.

To be honest, I sometimes feel a bit jealous with his excellent teamwork skills, but I have to admit that there’s a lot I need to learn from him. I’m still trying to better myself every day so that one day I can be at least as good as him.
