The line chart illustrates the proportion of households owning computers in a European country from 1997 to 2011.

Overall, the proportion of households with no computers showed a marked decrease, while those with two or more computers experienced an upward trend. The figure for households with only one computer remained relatively consistent during this period.

Initially, the highest percentage in 1997 was attributed to households without any computers, at approximately 48%. The proportion of households owning a single computer trailed closely behind at just below 45%. However, in the subsequent fourteen years, the percentage of households without computers steadily decreased to approximately 20%. Meanwhile, the figure for households owning one computer recorded a stability.

The proportion of households possessing two computers witnessed a considerable rise, escalating from approximately 5% to nearly 30%. A similar pattern, but to a much lesser extent, was witnessed in the figure for households with three or more computers, which grew slightly by 7%. Despite experiencing growth, it remained the least prevalent throughout the observed period.
