What do you think are the characteristics of a good leader?
I think a good leader should be the one with a clear vision and strong determination. A leader needs to foresee the consequences of even the smallest things in their organization so that they can make proper decisions. They also need to be determined with their decisions. If they show any sign of uncertainty with their decisions, they will lose their “power” and “positions” in other people’s eyes.
What happens if people don’t have a good leader?
They’ll be lost, obviously. Though great leaders are obviously imperfect, they can do something that others can’t do: give their team members direction. Even the best people in a team need some direction for what they do, or else they’ll just hit the dead end.
Why do some people dislike teamwork?
There are a lot of reasons. Some people might have had some poor experiences with team working in the past. Maybe they met a terrible team leader or member. Some people might just be selfish, and all they think about is how to reap the most benefits for themselves. They don’t like being in a team because sometimes it means they have to share the rewards. Some others might have social anxiety, and they just suddenly become “malfunctioned” when being in a team.
